If you have experience with overseeing client projects and cross-functional collaboration, and are looking for your next career move, apply now.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Program Analyst to provide secondary support to our team, primarily focused on assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and internal functions. This position will be part-time and remote .What You’ll Do

Assist in maintaining oversight of client project updates, engaging with existing employees, and providing insights for staffing recommendations

Support the coordination of interviews, onboarding activities, and orientation for new employees

Serve as a liaison between multiple internal teams, including HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition, to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration

Assist in monitoring employees' compliance with mandated training and certifications

Aid in initiating and following up on timesheet submissions and expense reports

Assist in coordinating team virtual lunch & learns and other information-sharing initiatives to foster knowledge exchange within the team

Support the maintenance and documentation of a comprehensive team skill database

Collaborate with support groups, such as IT and Salesforce, to ensure timely resolution of outstanding tickets

Provide assistance with employee password resets in the Vendor Management System (VMS) and offer VMS training and support to clients and employees as needed

Support in performing purchase order spend auditing

Assist in planning and executing conference logistics as required.

Contribute to the creation and updating of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents

Assist in maintaining branding standards for templates, presentations, etc.

Aid in tracking client project updates and identifying potential staffing opportunities

Provide secondary support in reminding and following up with managers to complete employee reviews near quarter-end

Be prepared for occasional travel to local client sites as necessary

Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Program Manager

What You'll NeedRequired:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred:

Prior experience in administrative support or a related role

Knowledge of project management tools

Familiarity with public sector accounts

Physical Demands

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
