This is a remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S.

Very minimal potential for domestic travel.

The Main Responsibilities

Provide professional legal and business research to support company objectives.

Handle complex regulatory, legislative, transactional, and general corporate matters.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather and analyze information.

Keep legal department managers updated on project developments.

Complete assignments accurately and efficiently, communicating status to stakeholders.

Manage special projects and provide paralegal support to the regulatory team.

Assist with discovery for complex regulatory matters and collaborate with outside counsel.

Handle administrative and logistical tasks related to legal matters.

Manage matter creation in company outside counsel management and billing software.

What We Look For in a CandidateRequired Qualifications:

Paralegal Certificate or equivalent training required.

5+ years of relevant legal support experience.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for legal, technical, and regulatory audiences.

Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.

Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously with high attention to detail.

Team player with a strong work ethic, eager to contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience in corporate governance, entity management, litigation, and corporate transactions.

Familiarity with telecommunications law and regulations.

CompensationThe starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location.
