It fuels our passion and drives every decision we make.Job Posting TitleTreasury Director - RemoteJob DescriptionThe Director of Treasury is responsible for contributing to the development and execution of department strategy, and the management of day-to-day operations, working cross functionally with the organization to effectively manage corporate liquidity, including advancement of cash flow forecasting methodology, investment portfolio selection and performance, and debt administration, and claim payment process, including applying regulatory requirements for pharmacy and member payments. This role is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership to the Treasury team and working collaboratively with all business units.Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and advance the complex process to prepare company cash flow forecast and other needed analysis, including reviewing detailed variance analysis and explanations

Oversee regulatory requirements for claim payments, including applying prompt pay and unclaimed property.

Manage the selection, negotiation and monitoring of investment alternatives using market data, broker relationships and corporate liquidity needs and make recommendations to Senior and Executive Leadership

Oversee debt reporting, debt repayments, covenant compliance, and forecasting of repayment schedule and related interest costs

Serve as a strategic partner to business to cultivate, develop and manage external banking, and investment partners

Cultivate, develop, and manage internal business relationships across the organization; establish a reputation as a reliable subject matter expert and trusted advisor

Identify, manage, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the Treasury department and other related divisions

Mentor, coach and develop Treasury team, providing both strategic oversight and day to day guidance to drive exceptional results; demonstrate professionalism and strategic thought

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED is required

8 years of work experience in Treasury, Accounting, Finance or related position

5 years of leadership/people management experience

Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Superior oral and written communication and critical thinking skills

Demonstrated skills in developing and managing external and internal business partnerships

Ability to provide strategic guidance and strong leadership to team and other relevant business units

Ability to gain the respect and trust of the company’s senior management, constituents, team members and work with all levels of the organization

Demonstrated analytical, finance, accounting, liquidity management and investment management skills

Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

MBA, CTP, CPA or CMA

Reporting Structure

Reports to an Assistant Vice President in the in the Finance department

Potential pay for this position ranges from $125,200.00 - $200,000.00 based on experience and skills.
