This position manages Sevita’s Total Rewards vendors and related projects. This includes a focus on ensuring vendor performance meets the organization’s service, financial and contractual expectations, managing projects and implementations with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.This role is 100% remote and can be performed from anywhere in the US.Responsibilities:

Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors

Implementing vendors, plans and programs as directed using accepted project management methodologies and processes

Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines

Managing vendor contacts, maintaining contract inventory and proactively planning for renewals, marketings, and renegotiations as necessary

Evaluating, developing, and documenting standards to assess the performance of approved vendors (i.e. SLAs, KPIs, performance guarantees, etc.)

Managing compliance with Federal and State regulations and company policies that impact vendors and programs, including reading, reviewing, recommending, and implementing changes

Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them and holding them accountable for those tasks

Making and/or recommending appropriate decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project

Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change

Partnering with HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders to complete work as appropriate; serving as a single point-of-contact for projects

Other related work as assigned, which may include involvement in other HR areas or initiatives (Compensation, Payroll, etc.)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain management or a related field

Minimum of 5-7 years ’ experience in project management, structure and budgeting

An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed above may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements

PMP or other relevant certification preferred
