Job Title: Project ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee warehouse and industrial projects valued around $30 million. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with owners and architects while maintaining the project schedule, budget, and quality of construction.Responsibilities
Oversee total construction efforts to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, schedule, and with the highest quality to the client's satisfaction.
Lead preconstruction efforts by performing takeoffs, estimating, selection of subcontractors, and bid proposal submission to the owner.
Work as the leader in a design-build effort.
Oversee the buyout process and completion of contracts to subcontractors.
Review, monitor, and manage the project budget, construction costs, and other financials, resulting in the accomplishment of the project objectives and profitability.
Create and manage a construction schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
Conduct weekly OAC meetings and regular onsite visits to ensure the quality of the project.
Essential Skills
Project management
Construction management
Experience with Procore or similar CRM
10+ years experience as a Project Manager on commercial construction projects
Experience on at least 2 warehouse construction projects
