Participates as a member of the Hormel Culinary Collective and is involved in all Collective activities.
Develops and delivers culinary presentations with sales team for assigned areas of responsibility.
Lead/opportunity generation through chef-to-chef connections with key accounts.
Menu/recipe concept ideation.
Represents Hormel culinary at industry events and trade shows.
Key participant in all sales development training seminars hosted at the corporate office.
QUALIFICATIONS:Required
3+ years of professional culinary experience
Experience working in either a corporate culinary, institutional culinary, or medium to large restaurant chain culinary role with responsibility over menu development and profitability.
A pattern of initiative.

Self-starter who possesses the ability to work independently.
Proven problem solving and decision-making skills.
The ability to work effectively in a team environment on a variety of complex projects.
Ability to foster relationships with fellow culinarians at a regional or national level.

Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.

Formal culinary degree from a reputable culinary institute.
