Overview:$17 per hourA trainer at Worlds of Fun is responsible for providing education, instruction, and guidance to employees on various aspects of the park, including customer service, appearance guidelines, attendance and more.Some specific responsibilities of a trainer at Worlds of Fun might include:
Conducting training sessions for new employees, including providing information on park policies, procedures, and regulations
Developing and updating training materials and resources, including presentations, guides, and videos
Providing ongoing training and support to employees as needed
Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure training are leading to a smooth operation of the park
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Someone comfortable facilitating training sessions that could be large in number.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
