Konrad's is currently looking for full-time and part-time GRILL and LINE COOKS. Quality is a must in our kitchen, and we want you to help us achieve that!
As a GRILL COOK, your job will include:
-the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-ability to follow our recipes
-following quality standards and proper presentation while serving our customers quickly
-ensuring 100% cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen
-cleaning of restaurant and storage areas, including mopping

Our ideal candidate is outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic. Prior restaurant and/or culinary experience and considerable knowledge of the methods and practices of food preparation and service. He or she must be able to work in a team environment to ensure that every customer receives a top notch food experience.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE: (GRILL COOK)
-Prior cooking experience strongly preferred
-Knowledge of food, including produce, meats, cheeses, sauces, and prepared food (training is available for motivated candidates)
-Personal Cleanliness
-Ability to handle multiple priorities, often working on several orders at the same time
-Understanding of safety practices and correct set up, operation, break down and cleaning of all equipment.
-Works with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment typical of a restaurant kitchen, including, but not limited to: flattop grill, oven, meat slicer, mixer and food processor.
