Stone Canyon is looking for full-time kitchen staff to work at our downtown Parkville location. We offer flexible hours, competitive pay, and a great work environment. We close at 9 pm, so there are no late nights.
Kitchen staff positions needed:
- Kitchen Manger (Full Time, Pay BOE)
- Kitchen Supervisor / Lead Line Cook ($17-21/hour)
- Prep Manager (6am-2pm shift) ($20/hour)
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience with food preparation and cooking skills
Experience in using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Comply with our cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen policies and procedures
Prepare ingredients (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.)
Cook food using various equipment and utensils
Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
Check quality of ingredients and ensure food and other items are stored properly
Maintain a clean, orderly, and sanitary environment in the kitchen
