We are looking for a line cook to be able to execute a brief menu of refined small plates. Applicant must be comfortable working on their own as part of a larger team. While previous experience is preferred, it is not necessary.

Line Cook Responsibilities:
- Take charge in stocking and setting up the kitchen for service
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Put away orders and store products in accordance with company and DOH standards
- Prepare dishes based on the specifications and recipes provided
- Communicate with servers to ensure that orders are correct and on time
- Wash and clean the kitchen and cooking utensils. Store the equipment at the end of shifts
- Ensure that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
