We are presently interviewing for a part-time Administrative Assistant for our small CPA firm in South Kansas City. This position is 10 to 20 hours per week.
Qualified candidates will meet the following minimum professional criteria:
Experience (helpful, but not mandatory)
-Proficient with Word and Excel
-Exceptional Communication Skills
-Punctual, Organized and Detail-Oriented
-Ability to Multi-task, Prioritize and Work Independently
-High Standard of Professionalism
Principal Duties and Responsibilities include:
-Administrative Duties (scanning, correspondence, shredding, etc.)
-Assist with client billing as needed
- Copy and organize individual tax preparation data
-Follow-through and completion of tasks and special projects
-Ability to effectively interact with high-end clientele
