Turf Design, Inc., an established landscape company located in Shawnee, is looking for a versatile Receptionist & Estimating Assistant to join our busy office team. This multi-tasking individual will need to have basic receptionist skills as well as landscape estimating knowledge with experience or course completions in horticulture and plant identification. They will also need to have excellent communication and people skills and a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Landscape design, estimating, and project management experience
- Valid driver's license and clean record
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Self-starter & independent worker
- Excellent time management skills
- Bilingual preferred
ยท Familiarity with Commercial bidding process.
- Have a solid understanding of Landscape Industry Standards
- Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Office, AutoCad
- Great organizational skills
- Solve practical problems and unexpected changes
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
