Looking to partner up with a local Real Estate Agent that is either investment minded or is looking to supplement their business with leads that you only pay for when closed
I am a local real estate agent in Denver Colorado. I do deals all over the country. We run lots & lots & lots of marketing, direct to sellers. Most of these leads won’t sell at our investor price and the seller needs an agent. If you are seeing this ad, we are running marketing in your market and throwing away those realtor leads.
What We Will Do For You:
1.) First dibs on Fix and Flip properties that you can buy or sell to your investor clients
2.) Easy listings for your business (entry only listings) at 1-3%. Depending on sales price and required work on your end.
3.) We funnel you direct to seller leads in our area on properties they will not sell to us and need an agent.
What I Need From My Agent Partner:
1.) MLS Access—access to you MLS system, as admin or your assistant is fine.
2.) Provide me with blank realtor contracts (one time, PDFs)
3.) List propertiesentry only.
4.) Provide us an agreed upon finders fee on leads we don’t buy and seller wants to list with you.
5.) Be an aggressive agent that will actually call leads, show up to appointments, great sales person, knows how to build rapport, and can get deals done!
