Hey there!
Task Force is expanding and would like to add another Experienced Remodel Sub Crew to our roster.
We only do kitchens, baths and basements in Johnson County and Lees Summit.
This is how we work:
1) We'll show you the job on demo day
2) We'll agree on a price
3) You start the next day
4) You get 1/2 pay the same day when the 1/2 inspection is complete with the homeowner
5) You get 1/2 pay the same day when the final inspection is complete with the homeowner
Here's the advantage with working for us:
1) When you arrive on the job, it is already demo'd and clean. Materials are already delivered.
You don't have to deal with any BS. Just build and work your craft to get paid the same day you hit your milestones.
What this means is you can do 1-2 bathrooms or 1 full kitchen per week making your crew 3-8k per weekpaid within 24 hours of when you hit your milestones
2) We'll bonus you for jobs finished early and 5 star reviews
This is what you need to work with us:
1) Crew: You need to do your own framing, tile, flooring, and drywall.
We'll provide the plumbing, paint and electrical.
We'll handle your close out punch list so you are on to the next install.
2) Truck or Van
3) Insurance or willing to get it
4) Tile Saw
5) Knowledge of framing, carpentry, drywall, tile, flooring. Your crew, not "I got a guy" will do this work.
If you know paint, that's a bonus.
