Service Technician job description
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced service technician for our window, door and bathroom divisions. The service technician will need to be able to independently troubleshoot service concerns and initiate repair. Those who apply should have exceptional in-home customer service skills and the ability to present the company well.
Your Responsibilities:
Perform initial inspection and repair any identified issues while on-site; or implement a solution plan if needed.
Assess and report any quality issues in reference to the installation process.
Produce timely and detailed service reports.
Check and update field automation systems and databases.
Adhere to company procedures and protocols.
Be a team player willing to help installation crews and warehouse as needed.
Qualifications:
MUST have Service Technician and/or installation experience with windows, doors and bathrooms.
Maintains the highest level of customer service and professional attitude.
Detail oriented.
Quality and precision focused.
Dependable and hardworking.
