Position OverviewThis position supports activities associated with programs maintained by the Shared Risk Management Capabilities Organization based on business need. Activities that this role supports include but are not limited to system design and implementation, report preparation, annual and ad hoc program review and updates, procedures documentation review and updates, participating with technology teams to support requirements and mapping activities, systemic access support, control and process testing, control design assessment, risk indicator/index production and monitoring and branch compliance monitoring. This role is accountable for supporting the Program Support Manager responsible for program level production workflows and associated tools to ensure that processes are completed fully, within control, and within required timeframes. The role will assist in the aggregation, preparation and distribution of reporting on program level outputs to key constituents both internal and external to the oversight function. This role will interact with senior level managers within each of the lines of business within the Shared Risk Management Capabilities Organization. The candidate must possess a demonstrated understanding of process and workflow management, excellent data analysis and communication skills, and strong technical, organization, and time management skills.Job Responsibilities
Support production workflows including intake, processing and output for surveillance, testing, or monitoring activities in support of ongoing accurate, timely and sustained production.
Analyze and synthesize data extractions into insightful and actionable reporting for management use; manage the distribution of reports to appropriate constituencies.
Source, gather, and stage informational resources to support analysts in day to day activities.
Support program managers in the execution of management production control exercises and process control assessment activities.
Support program managers in the development and maintenance of program level policies, procedures, data taxonomies, and operating platforms.
Support analysts in the tracking of identified red-flags, risks, escalations, corrective actions and remediation efforts.
Oversee program-level records management efforts in compliance with record storage and retention standards.
Proactively support program managers advance the use of computer assisted assessment tools and techniques in support of high efficiency and effectiveness in surveillance, testing, and monitoring processes.
Collaborate with and provide support to oversight programs and projects as required by business.
Qualifications:
5-8 years of relevant work experience.
Prior experience with work-flow systems.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Outstanding relationship building and relationship management skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel.
Self-motivated and detail oriented.
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
