Job DescriptionThe Boeing Company is currently seeking Entry level Software Engineers to join the Support Equipment team located in Saint Charles, MO or Hazelwood, MO . This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization.You will design, develop, test, and maintain non-embedded software through out the end-to-end lifecycle that meets industry, customer, safety, and regulation standard. This role will also develop, maintain, and enhance and optimize software products and functionalities for system integrations. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required .To be considered for this position you will be required to complete a technical assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

1+ years’ experience with C/C coding or java/python script development

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience working with both Windows and Linux operating systems

Existing Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

Experience with Electrical lab equipment

Have or have held an active U.S. Security Clearance in the past 24 months

Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master).
