Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob DescriptionThe primary responsibility is to scan all the paper model folders and store them on the server. This project aims to eliminate the need to move paper files and file cabinets to the new building in 2025. The role involves handling approximately 1500 model folders, with an average of 20 minutes required per folder. The estimated duration for this project is 500 hours, spread over approximately 12.5 weeks at 40 hours per week. Key tasks include removing folders from drawers, preparing documents for scanning, scanning, and either disposing of or storing the folders as directed.Hard Skills
