Lead Oracle Cloud Financials projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization related to Finance and Procurement functions, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Oracle Cloud applications

Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; work with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industries

Lead the day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews

Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements

Manage engagements according to KPMGs financial/cost management policies

Qualifications:

A minimum of eight years of Oracle enterprise resource planning (ERP), Financial implementation, and upgrade experience with at least two implementation cycles for Oracle Cloud Accounting Hub (AHCS and/or AFCS) preferred

Completion of one full implementation with Oracle Cloud Financials implementation as a Functional Lead or Project Lead preferred

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university

Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level

Detailed understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP System concepts and general module functionality

Travel as required

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSThe Director has an opportunity to grow the donor base for Global Protect and works within an excellent fundraising team/infrastructure. The Director is externally and internally focused with two main responsibilities. First, they are responsible for growing our protection focused donor prospect pipeline and for continuing to manage a portfolio of prospective donors. Second, they are responsible for socializing Global Protect priorities to key audiences internal to the Conservancy and coordinating, networking, and partnering with fundraisers internally to support their work with donors that support and/or are interested in Global Protect priorities or to grow new interest. Specifically, the Director is responsible for: Working with Global Protect leadership and other TNC leaders and development staff to develop, execute, and communicate a develo ment vision and fundraising plan for the Global Protect business unit that aligns with TNC\'s global campaign and multi-year fundraising goals, with accountability to achieve these goals. Directly - and through supporting fundraisers throughout the organization - to raise at least $10 Million in gifts and pledges annually for the Global Protect business unit at the least restricted level possible. Leads fundraising efforts with others to help raise at least an additional $20-25 Million annually to directly support protection priority programs around the organization.
