Unit DescriptionSodexo is seeking a Human Resources Manager 2 for SSM Health St Louis University Hospital located in St. Louis, Missouri . The HR Manager will support up to 300 food service and environmental services (EVS) managers, supervisors and union employees at this medical center.Salary range is $55,000-$65,000 depending on experience with a full benefits package that kicks in immediately.The successful candidate will:
oversee talent acquisition and onboarding for all food service and environmental services employees
support managers and clients with HR and administrative related tasks
work daily in software systems such as Microsoft Office, ADP, Kronos, and applicant tracking systems
demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization
We are looking for candidates who:
have some experience in human resources
have a background managing HR/Administrative support team members
are tech-savvy with the ability to pick up software quickly
experience with union employees
