REMOTE Website Optimization Manager (9526)

Our client is seeking a Website Optimization Manager to join their team in a temp-to-hire capacity, 30 hours per week.The Website Optimization Manager will be responsible for conversion rate optimization for 3 sites. You'll support the marketing team by helping drive data-based decision making and purchase journey optimization through A/B and multivariate testing, in-depth analytics review, reporting, and insights. With an in-depth knowledge of our data, web analytics software and our business, this position is a key contributor to the success and communication of our eCommerce efforts.Responsibilities:

Derive core insights from data to suggest, create and execute A/B or multivariate tests that drive improvements to the website experience and maximize conversion rates.

Conduct regular purchase journey analyses to generate actionable testing plans

Develop actionable digital consumer insights to enhance the digital customer experience and improve sales and revenue across multiple eco-systems; utilizing AOV and RPV as measurable KPIs.

Conduct ad hoc analysis such as in-depth conversion funnel analysis.

Communicate insights and suggest improvements based on data and observed trends.

Serve as the subject matter expert on testing and web analytics as well as staying abreast of industry best practices and new opportunities.

Power user of Google Analytics (or comparable equivalent) and other analytics tools like heat-mapping software.Qualifications:

Has experience testing and being the customer to help identify weak spots in a customer journey.

Minimum 3 years experience in web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, other)

Minimum of 2 years experience using web testing tools (VWO, Optimizely, Adobe Target, other)

Demonstrated presentation skills and excellent oral + written communication

Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams

Ability to influence others and gain acceptance for your ideas

Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skillsHTML.
