Job DescriptionThis manager-level position is responsible for a segment within a given project portfolio which can be defined by industry, service line, technology center, specialty area or region. Main responsibilities include people management, project oversight, and sales enablement. Accountable for operational/financial metrics and maintaining project/portfolio profitability while ensuring quality of project delivery and maintaining customer referenceability.Strong program/project management resource with experience in implementing large finance modernization solutions such as OFSAA applications for Financial Institutions and/or Insurance clients. Engage with executive leadership to manage the client expectations and ensure all project issues/risks are effectively managed. Ability to manage the process of integrating OFSAA solutions with operational systems (such as: FAH, GL, Planning & Budgeting, etc).Career Level - M3ResponsibilitiesResponsible for adherence to operational policies and achievement of portfolio performance to support business plan. Responsible for solution and pricing of proposals and supporting the sales process. Is accountable for managing a profitable revenue stream. Typically manages a relatively small number of individual contributing project managers. Provides oversight to projects within portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction in a profitable manner.Project Management experience in implementing Banking, Insurance, and /or Banking/Insurance Analytics solutions and work closely with subject matter experts and other project team members to successfully manage the deployment of OFSAA products. Domain knowledge on two or more of the following: Finance Performance Management, Accounting, GL Reconciliation, Management Reporting & Analytics etc.Strong customer interaction skills and the ability to assess a Customer's processes and strategies. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
