Company :enGenJob Description :JOB SUMMARYThis job is responsible for leveraging threat intelligence to identify, comprehend, and decipher emerging threats. This role closely monitors indicators of compromise (IOC) and takes remediation actions. Performs investigations into potential and existing security threats from known and emerging threat actors. Develops and documents, outcome based after actions discovered via threat intel analysis.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducts multi-source intelligence monitoring, triaging, and processing to satisfy stakeholder Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs).

Gathers, analyzes, records, and actions malicious indicators of compromise (IOCs).

Provides timely threat intelligence briefings on imminent or hostile intentions or activities which may impact organization objectives, resources, or capabilities.

Creates frequent threat intelligence briefings based on analyst conclusions.

Analyzes tactics, techniques, and procedures to determine detection coverage and threat hunt opportunities.

Maintains a strong understanding of multiple technology platforms, threat vectors, and threat actors to track cyber campaigns using internal and external sources.

Collaborates cross-functionally with cyber security and IT teams to present and solve problems which could negatively affect the enterprise.

Delivers targeted intelligence to support first-party and third-party cyber incident resolution.

EXPERIENCERequired

3 Years of experience with Cyber Threat Intelligence Triage and Intelligence Analysis

3 years of experience creating actionable threat intelligence reports, threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and threat actor profiles

Versed in the application of the Threat Intelligence Lifecycle

Ability to document outcomes into Threat Briefing summaries

Knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy principles, cyber threats, and vulnerabilities.

Familiar with computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies

Strong teamwork and inter-personal skills

Searching and analyzing common enterprise security information and event management (SIEM) log source types

Analysis and collection of open source intelligence (OSINT), Dark and Deep Web sources
