Equipment Manager - Corporate Asset FinanceThe Equipment Manager job examines complex client assets to estimate the overall market value, and delivers loan/lease recommendations and equipment risk assessments.Key Responsibilities and Duties

Performs research on equipment for proposed transactions for the purpose of establishing supportable and accurate current and future values.

Manages performance of direct reports through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure the delivery of credit objectives and the engagement, motivation and development of the team.

Prepares written analysis of research and valuation conclusions in a manner that is suitable for approval authority review.

Interacts professionally with work colleagues and customers, and exchanges information on a timely basis.

Maximizes the gain from sale, return, and renewal of lease transactions.

Coordinates and manages the return, storage, repair, marketing, and sale of off-lease equipment.

Researches, evaluates, and recommends target market segments, industry trends, and equipment types for current or future investment.

Understands and complies with applicable departmental policy and procedure.

Procurement of and responsibility for residual value and insurance as necessary.

Manages and completes other equipment management related projects as necessary.
