The Internet Solutions Installation team provides software installation for financial institutions running Silverlake, 20/20 or Core Director as their core processing software. Our team installs NetTeller Internet Banking, NetTeller Cash Management, ESI (electronic statements), goDough mobile banking, Treasury Management, Banno and other Internet Solutions product offerings. Candidates will be joining this team of 10 programmer analysts and a supervisor in dispersed Jack Henry locations. This is a hybrid position that requires you to come to the office approximately once per month for onsite meetings, events, and training. The remainder of the time you may work remotely from home. This position can be based to work out of the following locations: Allen, TX; Alpharetta, GA; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; and Springfield/Monett, MO. Salary range for this position will be $55-80k, depending on candidate experience and geographic location. What you’ll be responsible for:
Develop programming code for new and/or existing software enhancements.
Devise block diagrams, logic procedures and prepares flowcharting.
Troubleshoot and debugs existing code.
Test code and fixes to ensure quality.
Develop conversion and system implementation plans; implements newly created code and fixes into existing software.
Provide programming support for various interfaces.
Keep customers informed of all enhancements, troubleshooting, and fixes.
Create programming documentation.
May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
A minimum of 2 years of RPG/CL/SQL programming experience.
Ability to work at least one weekend per month.
Ability to travel up to 10% for onsite customer visits/installs.
What would be nice for you to have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Experience within a financial institution.
Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence.
Experience with GCP or other cloud computing platform.
