We are currently seeking a unique individual with supply chain skills to assist in our enterprise procurement processes.Responsibilities:
Secret security clearance.
Understanding of the complete software asset lifecycle.
Maintain software licensing throughout the enterprise through software asset repositories and OEM portals by recording serial numbers and/or other license identifiers and ensuring the information is up-to-date, accurate, and auditable.
Track and determine software and hardware maintenance renewals by identifying the renewal 180 days before the expiration date, validating the renewal with technical SMEs, breaking out the renewal line items by corresponding consuming AoRs, and coordinating with each of the responsible bill payers.
Enter, track, and receive software and hardware maintenance support renewals and new purchases throughout purchasing process.
Understand the differences in software entitlements are licensed between OEMs
Audit software inventory by software discovery tools, business owners, and software asset repository to ensure compliance of software entitlements.
Compile presentations of audit findings to inform and present to Government and contract leadership.
Maintain software media and approved versions through the Definitive Media Library.
Proactively analyze software data and trends for best value of cost, software licensing, maintenance, and service offerings.
Review and understand vendor contracts and software license agreements to understand the terms and conditions in which the software can be utilized.
Work with vendors, IT, Configuration and Change Management and Supply Chain teams to analyze and resolve complex issues associated with software licensing rights.
Maintain log in access for OEM portals for access to license keys, contracts, support agreements, expiration dates, end-of-life or end-of-support data.
Interact and professionally exhibit customer service skills and be able to present a positive approach with customers, peers, vendors, and supervisors.
Create, education, and streamline SAM process and operational procedures throughout the enterprise.
Perform all other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of related logistics work experience.
BA/BS – may substitute additional years of experience
Strong written and verbal skills.
Self-starter who can independently work and collaborate with other teams.
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to put together and organize large amounts of information.
Possess an active
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Enterprise Licensing Agreements and EULAs.
Experience with ServiceNow
Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience with change and configuration management.
Familiar with Microsoft, Cisco, and Adobe DoD JELAs

The likely salary range for this position is $57,866 - $74,980. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
