Fund FinanceThis role involves leading Fund Finance client relationships and transaction deal teams in all aspects of new engagements, including cultivating client relationships, prospecting new financing and treasury opportunities, leading the structuring and credit analysis of new loans, ensuring a high-quality customer experience for our clients, and ensuring compliance with all credit, risk, and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities and Duties
Identifies and sources client relationships.
Proposes and structures credit and treasury solutions for clients in alignment with their needs.
Interacts with credit and risk officers regarding client matters and requests.
Leads transaction teams and negotiations.
Leads due diligence and underwriting for transactions.
Supervises deal teams and mentoring junior bankers.
Ensures matter compliance with bank policies.

8+ years of experience in commercial real estate, asset backed/structured finance or investment banking is preferred
Broad financing product and capital markets expertise
Credit underwriting experience - strong knowledge of credit issues/ability to identify and underwrite risks and extensive cashflow modeling experience
Experience reading, negotiating, and interpreting legal documents
Leadership experience and/or experience training others in a relevant professional capacity
Ability to work both independently and as a team player in a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative work environment
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and achieve goals in a dynamic environment
Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including explanations of complex concepts
Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining excellence and consistency of work. Ability to quickly change focus and stay organized is a must.
