DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Represent the Financial Services Department in a professional and courteous manner at all levels of the company
Manage large workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
Understand proper multi state taxation of employer paid benefits
Perform other related duties and/or special projects as directed by Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1-3 year of payroll experience.
Prior healthcare payroll experience working in a formal payroll system preferred; for example (UKG, PeopleSoft, WorkDay, UltiPro, Paycom, ADP).
Experience in Excel Pivot Tables and V-look up
Experience with HRIS systems preferred but not required.
Experience in large volume payroll requirements.
Ability to analyze large amounts of data quickly and accurately
Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
Ability to handle stress appropriately
Resolution Research Skills
Extensive knowledge of keyboarding, personal computers, and Microsoft Office (including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook).
Strong customer service skills
Professional phone etiquette with the ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing
Be reliable, have a great attitude, and possess a strong work-ethic
