SUMMARYThe Recruiting Assistant supports the recruiting process by helping with tasks including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting screening calls, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates and maintaining the applicant tracking system. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assist potential employees with online application process
Assist recruiter with posting of open positions on both ATS and online
Source potential candidates
Review resumes and conduct screening calls on appropriate candidates
Coordinate interviews and conduct follow-up communications with applicants
Attend job fairs and hiring events as needed
Administer pre-employment tests and conduct reference checks
Maintain accurate records on ATS

Possess intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); enrollment in a Bachelor’s Degree program preferred: and three to six months related office experience. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
