SummaryThe Registered Nurse (RN)-IL Ministry Float is designated to float to units within specialty area(s) based on the RN competency level. Completes appropriate competency and cross-training required to float to designated units. Promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families, and supervising assigned team members.
