This position will focus on building strong customer relationships to maintain customer retention and provide best of class customer experienceRequired QualificationsAnalytics Reporting & Data Science Collaborates with internal and external partners and organizations in the design and execution of analytic agendas to answer our clients’ business questions. Executes ad hoc data research and data analyses and interprets results in the context of the business problem or question, using proprietary analytic software and other techniques Presents analytic reports using HDMS decision support application and integrated healthcare data to clients and stakeholders, interpreting results, and making recommendations, based on analytic findings. Share analytic insights and developments with the larger organization; partner with clinical advisory resources in expanding and developing new analytic pathways for clientsBusiness Analyst Participates and executes on Customer Experience Client Test Planning and Client Test Execution strategies Contributes to the design and mapping of data reporting conversion strategies. Identifies product enhancements based on client needs and communicates them to HDMS Product Management.Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to provide best in class service to drive growth and retention. Support onsite client strategy meetings by developing interesting agendas and supporting presentation materials. Provide resolution of client issues by responding to questions about the use of HDMS products and methodologies; ability to leverage research to find resolution.Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of direct client and/or analyst experience Previous experience with healthcare analytics and data science Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel; ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions Experience using data for strategy Ability to take initiative to meet challenges with resourcefulness and new innovative approaches while maintaining a high level of quality Must possess a passion for teamwork, client service and reaching business results through problem solving Experience working with other data scientist teams in predictive modeling, analytic pathways, or analytic development projects.EducationA Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university in business, statistics, analytics, or data science; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$97,335.00 - $201,900.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
