Position Title: Hydraulic Cylinder Technician
Wage: $18-$20/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
QPS Employment Group is hiring a Hydraulic Cylinder Technician for a company in Springfield, MO. This is a contract to hire role.
Hydraulic Cylinder Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Machining parts on a manual mill or lathe for hydraulic cylinders
- MIG, STICK, and Shielded metal ARC welding on stainless steel and aluminum
- Disassembling hydraulic cylinders
- Evaluation and repairing hydraulic cylinders
- Operating CNC machines and lathes to fabricate metal parts
- Studying specs such as blueprints or schematics
Hydraulic Cylinder Technician Requirements:
- Must have knowledge of hydraulics, auto, and machine parts
- Inventory control
- Computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Customer service
