Position Title: QC Technician
Wage: $17/hour
Shift: 2nd, 3rd
Hours: 3pm-11:30pm, 11pm-7:30am
QPS Employment Group is hiring a QC Technician for a company in Springfield, MO. This is a contract to hire role.
QC Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Unload racks and load conveyor feeding the machines and ensuring pouches are placed as defined
- Assist packing with loading racks and preparing them for the sterilization process
- Assist with boxing and preparation of boxes of finished pouches as necessary
- Inspect product and product packaging for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Clean up and sanitation of equipment and general work area - sanitation often, after every batch
- Follow Good Manufacturing Procedures, OSHA safety regulations and procedures, and wear personal protective equipment
QC Technician Requirements:
- Must have food grade quality lab experience
- Quality control skills
- National background check
- Drug screen
- Slip resistant work shoes
