Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a General Office Clerk in St. Louis, Missouri. This role is crucial to our operations, with a focus on administrative assistance, data entry, and customer service within our industry. You will be responsible for tasks such as processing requests, researching information, and managing documents effectively. Responsibilities: Accurately processing public requests for copies of property deeds Conducting thorough research on property information as needed Efficient organization and management of files Maintaining a high level of accuracy in all duties Ensuring effective time management to meet deadlines Using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for data entry and communication Scheduling appointments and managing shipping functions when necessary Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally Regularly monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action Filing and retrieving documents as required. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook Experience in administrative assistance and office management Excellent customer service skills with a customer-oriented mentality Ability to handle data entry tasks with accuracy and speed Familiarity with organizing files, both physical and digital Experience in scanning documents and maintaining digital records Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently Knowledge of shipping functions and logistics Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of professionalism and personal integrity Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities as required by the role.   • The Accounts Payable Clerk supports the Firms profitability while managing expenses. This individual plays a vital role in ensuring accuracy of payment for vendor invoices and employee reimbursements. Additionally, the Clerk is one of the first lines of defense in fraud prevention. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 1. Reviews and tracks invoices, check requests and expense reimbursements for accuracy, proper approvals and other supporting evidence 2. Ensures that there is no fraudulent activity with respect to invoices, check requests and expense reimbursements 3.
