Lead project work of varying complexity and priority and facilitate cross functional team collaboration, while ensuring proper resource alignment, business line objectives and strategies and the implementation of compliance policies, security standards, and audit requirements are met.

Oversee the establishment and execution of department goals and objectives to support achievement of the Bank’s strategic plan

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with System IT teams and District Business Lines to improve processes and service offerings.

Manage physical application and database servers, middleware, and data center infrastructure, addressing resource and customer escalations

Manage operations for the network, telephony, video conference, and security support function, addressing resource and customer escalations.

Establish and manage the functional budget through planning and execution tracking.

Build effective teams through active listening, coaching, and career development.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a field related to department functions or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong knowledge of information technology infrastructure with an emphasis on network, servers, and data center

Past IT operation experience is strongly preferred

Seven (7) or more years of work experience within related information technology field, which include three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in relevant technical leadership role or other relevant management experience, or an equivalent combination.
