The Independence Center Intern is responsible for data entry, filing, photo copying, sorting and/or distribution of documents as directed by CDS Management.What you'll do

Prep and File documents according to supervisory direction. File and mail POA/OMA documents to the states weekly

Enter or key information into a computer. Batch document to send to imaging

Distribute documents to the appropriate personnel as required/needed.

The Intern may be requested to code or load information into the computer or other filing means.Prepare and send Weekly Listing Reports to clients

Additional projects and duties as deemed by management.

What experience you need

High School diploma or GED

6 months prior office experience

Intermediate experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Windows-based programs is preferred.
