Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics.ResponsibilitiesAs a Sr Director - Data Delivery leader in the Data Delivery & Governance team, you will enable our organization to mature into an insights-driven organization. This position is accountable for delivery of multiple products and services that comprise our portfolio of solutions. The leader will work closely with product and program directors to facilitate the growth of the data warehouse capabilities and strategy.
Experience in leading a business unit or team specializing in Data Management / Business Intelligence
Should have over 5 years of experience in leading Data & Analytics projects using on premise & Cloud technologies
Google cloud and GCP data stack experience would be a plus
Experience in delivering data through products based approach
Leads team of 3-8 Delivery Leaders, with experience leading a team of more than 50 people across multiple locations
Bring in good blend of data strategy, consulting and delivery experience
Responsible for Mentoring team members, performance appraisal, promotions & salary revisions
Experience in implementing Data projects leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools or techniques
Experience in defining and being accountable for project proposals including Statement of work, Purchase order. Having the accountability as a commercial owner or a signatory would be a plus.
Develop and execute on advanced data and analytics product engineering roadmap
Provide technical leadership in cutting-edge data and analytics engineering systems design and architecture
Drive processes using technology to drive action and deliver improved business outcomes
Direct development and reporting of performance metrics and direct actions.
Ensure user/management involvement at appropriate milestones.
RequirementsEducation:
High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
