DescriptionCarelon's Pharmacy Organization is looking to hire a Director of Solution Suites. This People Leader will partner with the pharmacy org inside of Carelon and also with Elevance Health's broader organization to develop, build, and implement our Data Warehouse Strategy for the pharmacy business.How you will make an impact:
Manages the strategy and roadmap for the analytic assets and applications currently in use or to be developed for the clients.
Responsible for the translation of business needs into application software requirements.
Provides ongoing, active interface between client/user community and the IT/Development organization.
Maintains ongoing formal communications and status reporting of solution suite team progress enterprise wide.
Responsible for prioritizing and budgeting of proposed major development efforts for submission to Operating Council for approval.
Participates on Information Management steering committee.
Initiates the development of analytical techniques.
Responsible for the coordination and ongoing planning with other solution suite teams, data warehouse and IT/Development teams.
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred:
Experience with big data tools preferred.
MA/MS degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Mail Order, or Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred.
