Successful independent operator is looking to build on an already successful AM/PM kitchen crew, with a capable, ready to work leader. Must be well versed in all facets of cooking on the line, have the ability to be a leader that can work side by side with his team. Knowledge of ordering and food inventory is a plus, but will train for the right candidate.
