Hiring Painters - Production Pay

We are looking to hire painting crews for a 2 week long project in St Louis, MO lasting from 7/27 - 8/14. Company wide we have over 100 projects that happen all across the country so traveling work could be available.
Compensation is paid by production - not hourly (no cap on how much you can make in a day). We pay direct deposit weekly within 24 hours of the pay period ending. We have multiple properties we work at with hundreds of bedrooms that need painted and cleaned.
Spraying preferred although brush and roll is also acceptable. APPEARANCE AND EXPERIENCE IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT.
