I am local Painting Company in the process of expanding my Sub-Contractor base with licensed and insured painters. All of the jobs would already be booked and ready to go(This is not Angie's list or Home Advisor), just need more crews out there to complete the work. I'll have some jobs in the area but can sell plenty more and am looking to build a partnership with contractors in the area for years to come. I can help fill gaps in your schedules or provide you with enough work for yourself for the entire year(Once we really get going!). You will need four basic things to come on board and they are as follows;
1. Workers Comp
2. General Liability Insurance
3. A COI listing me as additionally insured
4. Signed subcontractor agreement and W9

-I’m looking for people that do interior painting, exterior painting, drywall repair, even wood replacement and trim installation
-I currently work with sub-contractors and have for years, but have been OUT-SELLING my capacity.
-This is not a lead generation service - I am an ACTUAL painting company with fully booked jobs.
-There are no fees to work with me - you can view and accept which jobs you like. If you don’t think you can make money on a job, don’t take it! Quality is important, but so is service and communication. The happier clients are the further up my queue you go for getting to accept/refuse jobs first
HERE IS MY PROCESS:
I email a PDF with the scope of work, pictures, what we ARE doing, NOT doing, colors, coats, sheen, etc. It also has WHAT I PAY YOU for your labor and materials.
You decide if you want to do it, let me know your availability
I confirm with the client, then you produce the job
I collect for you
I pay you by direct deposit once the client confirms they are happy
INTANGIBLES DESIRED:
Good communication with clients - do what you say, show when you say. Showing up late is not an option. Getting pictures and reviews are a key to my marketing
Adhere to the prep standards on our work order (Power wash, scrape, sand, prime)
