Position Title: Bilingual Training Lead
Wage: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Shift: 3rd
We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Training Specialist to join a great team on the 3rd shift, responsible for delivering comprehensive training in pharmaceutical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards. In this role, you will play a key part in onboarding new hires, ensuring they fully understand job expectations and adhere to industry regulations. Bilingual Training Lead Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Deliver bilingual training on pharmaceutical SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance standards for 3rd shift.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, ensuring understanding of job expectations and regulatory guidelines.
- Track and document training records to maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Work closely with supervisors to identify skill gaps and adjust training as needed.
Bilingual Training Lead Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish; strong communication skills in both.
- Experience with SOPs and compliance standards in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to diverse learning needs.
