Must have working knowledge of all aspects of Drywall finishing
 Able to start and finish projects in a professional manner
 Must be able to show up on time
 Must have own tools to complete job, professionally and on time
 Zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol during working hours
 Must be able to work in residential and commercial environments in a professional manner
