Looking for experienced apartment maintenance technician that can do drywall repairs, light plumbing, light electrical, vanities, toilets, caulking & sinksdoors, windows & flooringinspections, move out walks, & punch listsan all around handyman and maintenance tech. Sometimes cleaning, trash outs, exterior repairs, and landscaping too. Looking for a team player, smart, aware and safe.
Pay is negotiable based on experience.
We pay mileage. You can do both hourly work orders and do contracted turns, exterior and interior renovations.
We have 300 apartment units and over a 100 residential building and several commercial buildings we own / manage.
