We are looking for experienced, honest, reliable and hard working full-time TUCKPOINTER/ APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECH. for a permanent position ( Mon-Fri, 9:00a-4:30p) to tuckpoint, repair stone/brick, as well as do apartment maintenance. Must be able to do all aspects of apartment maintenance when weather requires.
SALARY starts at $22-26+/ hour for experienced candidate. Excellent opportunity for pay increase.
You must be a hard worker, have dependable transportation, a Social Security Number, a photo ID, and a clean criminal record.
