What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Some shop experience needed. Whether you’ve worked at a dealership, Valvoline, Jiffy Lube, or any other shop in a lube tech position, or if you’re fresh out of school, we want to hear from you.
- Tools: Bring your own tools and be ready to get to work.
- Skills: Start with oil changes and gradually take on more complex tasks as you learn and grow with us.
- State Inspector License: A plus! If you have a State Inspector license, you’ll start at a higher pay rate.
Compensation & Hours:
- Starting Pay: Begin your journey with us at $17/hour, with higher rates for licensed State Inspectors. We value your skills and are committed to fair, competitive pay.
- Hours: Enjoy a great work-life balance with 40 hours a week, no nights, and no weekends. Plus, take advantage of occasional overtime opportunities. This is an hourly position, not flat rate. You won't be penalized on your paycheck for not turning 40 hours
