Currently, we have an opening for a Store Manager position at our downtown Billings location. This is a well-established location serving the Billings area for over 60 years.
Duties include:
Lead a team of talented sales, service and technical experts in a fast-paced environment. Mentor, coach and motivate teammates, developing their technical and leadership skills
Provide top notch service to our valued customers
Administrative functions such as scheduling, inventory, and payroll management
Oversee the performance and operations of all aspects of the store including both the retail and commercial businesses
Drive store sales by achieving overall business performance objectives, including P&L goals
We are looking for:
Five or more years of management experience (preferably in retail or automotive)
Comprehensive understanding of the automotive service market
Associates degree preferred
