Premium Estate Planning Law Firm seeks a full-time Legal Assistant to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The position is responsible for preparation of legal documents, greeting the public, answering phones, assisting attorneys and staff, and performing other general office duties. Qualifications: High Standards – Exceptional quality in work product and must have an eye for detail. Organizing and Planning – Strong organizing, planning, and multi-tasking skills that allow an individual to be highly productive and efficient. Computer Skills – Strong computer skills across various software platforms, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, Excel, and non-cloud based project management tools. Independent Problem Solving and Decision Making – Proactively takes actions and identifies problems, exercises strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to arrive at solutions, acts decisively, and shows good judgment. Driven - Be self-motivated and have a desire to be innovative in position to create higher efficiencies in work-flows and overall production. Prefer legal experience but will consider other professional office experience.
