Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM & Optional Saturday 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Hours subject to change)
Pay: Depending on Experience (Paid Weekly)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Truss Manufacturing Shop Foreman to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our truss manufacturing shop, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing a team of workers, maintaining quality control, and ensuring that safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the truss manufacturing team
Ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained
Train and mentor new employees
Monitor and enforce safety protocols
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
Collaborate with management to improve processes and efficiency
Qualifications:
Proven experience in truss manufacturing or a related field preferred
Previous supervisory or management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
Excellent problem-solving abilities
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional technical training or certifications a plus
Willing to train the right person for these qualifications
