We’re looking for a Family Law Case Navigator to be based in MLSA’s Helena or Billings office. The pay range is $40,000-$44,000, depending on experience.
-MLSA offers company-paid health, dental, vision and life insurance; an educational loan repayment assistance program; a 403(b) retirement plan; and eligibility for a health reimbursement or health savings account.

-And if you move from another town in Montana to join us, we offer up to $500 for relocation reimbursement (or $1,000 if you move from out of state).
Requirements:

-Ability to respond to clients in a calm, empathetic and professional manner while courteously directing the conversation to the pertinent issues.
Specific Duties:
-Answer incoming HelpLine calls and perform interviews of applicants for legal services.
-Determine the legal needs and financial eligibility of the applicant for program services.
-Accurately enter data and scan and upload documents into MLSA’s case management system.
-Input data from on-line or paper applications.
-Mail HelpLine correspondence, civil legal education and other literature to individuals.
